This would SUCK. They're thinking about letting mobile phones be used on planes (see attached story). For one, I personally think it's great you can't be reached on a plane, especially when you're traveling on business. I can read a book, not be bothered, sleep, etc. Second - and more importantly - how ANNOYING would it be to have a plane full of people (you know this will happen) yakking all around you on the phone. How about sitting next to a person prattling on for HOURS while you're trying to read or sleep....
