Gees, when are the GOP festivities going to end for this FAILED secretary? It's surreal--while the rest of the nation is hopeful that the election relieved him from further eroding our military, Bush/Cheney are forcing our institutions to honor his failure. I can only assume that this is a vain attempt to rewrite history while patting their sugar daddy on the back.
