If you don't like how the court will rule, make ruling on it illegal

Or so the House Republicans say. They passed a bill to prevent the USSC from ruling on whether "under G-d" can be in the pledge of allegiance. Hey, if it's unconstitional, we certainly don't want the courts telling us that, right???
