How is this not civil war?

Over the past few months, even weeks, I've heard commentators, writers and pundits talk about how if the U.S. left, Iraq could descend into "full fledged" civil war. Well, I don't know about you, but if this is "part fledged civil war" then lord help us if we still haven't seen the real thing. I think it's time to go.
