Yes, as I have said before: The problem is not with Democratic legislators. The problem is (1) that there are not enough of them and (2) that GOP cattle art still drinking out of their habitual trough. That goes to the American voter: he and she have to perk of their ears and eyes and see 'whashappenin'.
