Healthcare, Massachusetts, and the House

Hi - lots has been said already about this evening's victory by GOP senate candidate Scott Brown and the implications for the healthcare bill. Rather than point out everything that went wrong, I suggest writing to your House representative to express support for the Senate bill - pass it and move on. The alternative is the status quo for the foreseeable future.
I refer you to my previous post on the subject for why I ultimately supported (and still support) the Senate bill, flawed as it is. The MA result doesn't change the possibility of its passage; that is entirely within the House's control. If you're interested, the op-ed in this link summarizes the current situation nicely and why the Senate bill should pass.

I would really welcome it if it passed
